Harden Not Yet Cleared

AP – OKLAHOMA CITY — The Oklahoma City Thunder are still waiting for top reserve James Harden to be cleared after took an elbow to the head from the Lakers’ Metta World Peace and sustained a concussion.

Coach Scott Brooks said Tuesday morning that Harden had not yet been cleared. He wouldn’t say whether he would play Harden if doctors allow it, or if he’d hold him out as a precaution.

The Thunder are locked into the No. 2 seed in the Western Conference playoffs with two regular-season games remaining, against Sacramento on Tuesday night and Denver on Wednesday night.

Brooks says he expects to play his normal starters but he may reduce their playing time slightly.
