Last time:  Oklahoma City were stunned 100-98 by 31 points from Chris Paul just last week.

In the fourth and final regular season match up between these two teams, it’s a very key match up. Oklahoma City is one win away from locking up at least the second seed in the Western Conference. While the Los Angeles Clippers are fighting for their Pacific Division lives. They’re just 11/2 back of the Lakers. The Clippers have never won a divisional title.

We’ve seen two different story lines in between these two teams. First two games were blow outs. Then the Clippers battled back from double-digit points down to surprise the Thunder.

Los Angeles has won 11 of 13, including a 100-98 victory at Oklahoma City on Wednesday. The Clippers kept rolling Saturday, beating Golden State 112-104 for their third straight win.

Oklahoma City currently holds a one game lead on the San Antonio Spurs.  The Spurs travel to Golden State tonight. They tip off the same time as OKC.

“We want to win as much games as we can going down to the stretch of the season,” Kevin Durant said. “Hopefully we get (the No. 1 seed). If not, we’ve just got to keep playing. We can’t worry about that. We’ve just got to worry about how we can get better every single game.”

Keys to the game

Durant and Westbrook
The two All-Stars combined to go 10-35 from the court and they only lost by 2 points. Wasn’t their night I suppose. However, tonight they’ll need their scoring if they’re going to pull away with the road win.

Points in the Paint
It’s not really a coincidence that Westbrook and Durant not scoring really kept the points in the paint at a big margin, in favor of the clippers. Need to limit those points in the paint.

Defend the Three
Last time in LA, the Clippers just destroyed the Thunder from the three-point line. Oklahoma City didn’t have Thabo Sefolosha.  OKC limited the Clippers in the loss. However, in LA it was just a barrage of three point shooting.
