Thunder Links – We didn’t want you anyways Battier Edition – December 8, 2011

Shane Battier tweeted, “Let’s go heat!!!!!” So, he’ll be playing with the heat. Which is funny, his tweet came about 28 hours or so (thanks cbssports.com for your math) before you can actually sign or talk to players about signing. Sorry Thunder fans.

Insidehoops gives a crazy trade for Amar’e Stoudemire. OKC: Eric Maynor ($2,338,721 in ’12-13) + Serge Ibaka ($2,253,062 in ’12-13) + Nate Robinson’s Expiring ($4,500,000) + Kendrick Perkins ($7,800,531 in ’12-13) + Pick(s); then deal Perkins elsewhere (i.e. to Boston for Jermaine plus 2012 1st pick(s)??)

Sam Presti gave an interview to the media. Here it is.
